Basically, each week has ten days that are named after the gods. There are three weeks per month. Some months have 31 days, the last day falling at the end of the third week, giving that one day its own day of the week. Masetide, while not associated with any god directly, gets its name from the local clay, Masminsa, which was used to fashion the ten God Jars.
Every four years, Devotion has a 31st day. This is their version of leap year and is usually a day of rest or frivolity.
